How to play:
Complete three laps to finish each track.
Rotate your device side to side to steer. Remember, it's a sled - it's slippery!
Tilt your device forward to add forward thrust to your sled. Tilt it back to add backward thrust. Thrust only works if your sled has power left.
You can recharge your sled by going through the green gates.
Shoot snowballs by tapping either side of the screen. Hit the targets or your opponent for bonus points.
If you are fast enough you will be allowed to pick a key to unlock a new character, sled, track, etc.

Hellfire v1.00.01.for.iPhone.and.iPod.Touch-GiZPDA

Astraware is out with their new iPhone game called Hellfire. The helicopter shooting game uses iPhone’s graphic capabilities to their full extent. It’s all about 3D, as you can see from the screenshot above.


From Astraware’s press release:
Hellfire allows players to choose two different types of helicopter gunships with a range of different weapons to battle the enemy and rescue prisoners of war. Using the accelerometer-based control method, pilots can manoeuvre their helicopter both left and right and to tilt to speed up and slow down. Hellfire players can select from individual missions in 16 locations or undertake a full campaign in a number of different territories. The game also includes 4 different difficulty ranks offering players an increasing challenge as their helicopter skills progress.

So if you’re into helicopter shooting you *must* grab Hellfire. Scrap that, even if you just want to show off your iPhone/iPod Touch to your friends and/or colleagues, this title is the right one for the occasion. It’s not free, though, but 5 bucks ($4.99), don’t sound that much for such a game.

Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim has entered the world of iPhone and iPod Touch gaming with one of their most popular web games, Amateur Surgeon. This game is a gruesome surgery game with many similarities to Trauma Center for the Nintendo DS and Wii.

Your role in this game is to save the unlucky patients who’ve decided to come to you for medical treatment. Armed with whatever random tools you could find and a former surgeon guiding your through your procedure. The game offers you 27 standard levels for you to practice your skills on and three hidden surgeries that you’ll need prove your worth before they become unlocked.

Each patient will bring a whole series of medical issues to the table that you’ll have to handle in order to advance to the next patient. You won’t be solving just one issue that these people have, you’ll be dealing with multiple complications ranging from the simple to the bizarre. You’ll be graded on your performance, so make sure not to screw up or you’ll wind up either killing the patient or receiving a very low grade.

This game is exactly like the web version if you’ve played that before, so throwing a price on the iPhone and iPod Touch version may turn some people away. It’s definitely an enjoyable game, but the fact that you’re playing it on a small screen might cause some issues considering that some of the problems you have to fix are small and easy to overlook. If you enjoy Trauma Center or have played this game before and liked it, then definitely download it for your device. It’s a solid game that will keep you entertained for quite some time considering all the replay value it has to offer.

Time Crisis v1.0.0.for.iPhone.and.iPod.Touch-GiZPDA

The arcade version of the game was a light-gun shooter which allows the player to actually take physical aim to shoot the enemies.

Obviously, on the iPhone, we are left without a gun or a foot pedal. Instead, ducking/reloading is performed by a tilt of the iPhone and shooting is naturally performed by tapping on the images of the enemies on the screen.

Namco has done a good job in providing a solid overall experience with the quality you might expect from a major franchise title. Gameplay is varied and surprisingly difficult, though there only appears to be 3 distinct stages in the Arcade mode of the game. Time Crisis Strike offers Arcade Mode (play through), One Stage Trial (try one of the stages individually), or Crisis Mission (special challenge modes). Most of the levels are locked and require completion of the earlier levels to move on.

But is it fun? I believe it may appeal to Time Crisis fans willing to overlook the lack of light-gun, as the game is well implemented and provides a reasonable challenge despite containing only 3 apparent stages. That said, the lack of a light-gun really reduces the gameplay to a rather simple mechanic (tapping on the screen) which didn’t happen to hold my interest for long.

Attack From the Dead (AFD) is a Third Person Shooter(TPS) game that brings you an unforgettable chilling zombie shooting experience with realistic graphics, fantastic actions and outstanding visual screenplays.

The story started when the US Military received a SOS from Dr. Anderson, a Military Biochemistry Lab research scientist living in the remote city called “City of Dark Eagle”.
