Jennifer Lopez's big beehive

For most of the press tour for her new romantic comedy "The Back-up Plan," Jennifer Lopez has kept her usual style of long, wavy layers. But for the London premiere of the film Thursday night, Lopez stepped out with a high-fashion look.

Lopez walked the red carpet with her hair swept up in a gravity-defying large round bun, which some are calling a "retro 'do" and a "beehive," but those who follow fashion more closely have pointed out that it is a replica of a hairstyle sported by models at the spring 2010 fashion shows. In fact, the style is almost exactly like those worn by runway models in Lanvin's spring show — how appropriate, because Lopez's black leather dress was made by the designer.

Lopez, 40, has been on a bit of a fashion spree as she promotes "The Back-up Plan" across Europe, and was spotted wearing three very different looks in just one day in Paris this week
