Thisis a group of tools that i use for system repairing, unlocking, andrestoring. Inside the 7zip is the isos and installers, i did notcomplete the usb mutiboot process where you can choose the tools youwant to install, or add more that is not included. i also included Yummwhich is what i use for creating a multi booting flash. Within Yum ithas the download source for the pre-setup installs. Very easy to use.
YUMI(Your Universal Multiboot Installer), is the successor toMultibootISOs. It can be used to create a Multiboot USB Flash Drivecontaining multiple operating systems, antivirus utilities, disccloning, diagnostic tools, and more. Contrary to MultiBootISOs whichused grub to boot ISO files directly from USB, YUMI uses syslinux toboot extracted distributions stored on the USB device, and reverts tousing grub to Boot Multiple ISO files from USB, if necessary.
Asidefrom a few distributions, all files are stored within the Multibootfolder, making for a nicely organized Multiboot Drive that can still beused for other storage purposes.
Creating a YUMI Multiboot MultiSystem USB Flash Drive
YUMIworks much like Universal USB Installer, except it can be used toinstall more than one distribution to run from your USB. Distributionscan also be uninstalled using the same tool!
How to Create a MultiBoot USB Flash Drive
Run* YUMI-0.0.2.6.exe following the onscreen instructions
Run the tool again to Add More ISOs/Distributions to your Drive
Restart your PC setting it to boot from the USB device
Select a distribution to Boot from the Menu and enjoy!
Thats all there is to it. You should now be booting your favorite distributions from your custom Multi-Boot USB device!
HowIt Works: YUMI (Your Universal Multiboot Installer) enables each userto create their own custom Multiboot UFD containing only thedistributions they want, in the order by which they are installed. A newdistribution can be added to the UFD each time the tool is run.
Ifyou run YUMI from the same location you store ISO downloads, theyshould be auto-detected (*See Known Issues Below), eliminating the needto browse for each ISO.
VERY IMPORTANT: Windows Vista or 7Installers will cause Ubuntu or any remix based on Ubuntu (I.E. LinuxMint) to hang during boot. A quick fix is to temporarily rename theWindows SOURCES folder found at the root of the USB device.
OtherNotes: If MultibootISOs was previously used, you must reformat thedrive and start over. YUMI uses Syslinux directly, and chainloads togrub only if necessary, so it is not compatible with the older MultibootISO tool. Although I do plan to add back the capabilities ofMultibootISOs as time permits.
The distro uninstaller works great, but unlisted ISOs that have been added must currently be manually removed!
