With over7,000 DVDs released at BlackHat, we once again would like to thank theBlackHat folks for all their efforts. An additional thank you? is inorder to all the testers who have been reporting back to us. We receivedmany requests to add some amazing tools which were presented during thecons. We are actively working on including these tools into BackTrack 5R1 ? hence the delay.
BackTrack ISO Generator Engine
Thismonth we will be releasing a new paid service which will allow easy,online generation of custom built BackTrack images. Backtrack users whorequire custom builds will be able to use a simple web interface toconfigure and customize various aspects of BackTrack, such as packageselection, graphics, penetration testing templates, drivers etc. We arevery excited about this new service as it will provide a uniqueopportunity for various organizations and individuals to create uniqueand highly customized BackTrack environments for the first time. Apercentage of all profits from this service will be directed towardsJohnny Longs HFC program.
BackTrack Commercial Services
Togetherwith the ISO generation service, we will be announcing our newcommercial BackTrack Support Channel. This service will allow largeorganizations which require official support, in order to deployBackTrack in their networks, to finally do so. The BackTrack SupportChannel will allow for direct communication with our developers, to aidin easy enterprise installation and deployment processes.
