As the 80s revival continues unabated throughout house, nu disco and pop, Zenhiser present 323 loops and 106 drum one shots from one of the defining 80s drum machines made famous by artists as varied as Blondie and Phil Collins bringing its unique sound direct to your DAW for the first time.
Stunningly recorded from a mint condition CR78, each drum hit is supplied in two versions: raw and tweaked. The raw version captures the uniqueness and authenticity of the CR78 in its natural state whilst the tweaked version utilises top of the line audiophile outboard kit and cutting edge software to prime the CR78 for the most demanding of modern producers.
This collection is about more than just the one shots: fire up two folders of Classic and Modern drum loops for instant track backing inspiration. The Classic folder delivers quintessential CR78 rhythms packed with quirky hits whilst the Modern folder delves into slightly a more contemporary rhythmic palette with an increased tempo range.
