I personally upgraded from office site to 10.6.3 but after a reboot did not go do the following: put the disc again and start to reinstall all the prog wood (all of which reads upgrade except for the base system and remove or put (I do not remember exactly Read the hint) check at the bottom where it says finish) and voila working SNOW LEO 10.6.3!
